Woodmerrow, also nicknamed 'The Dead Zone' is practically the desert. It is filled with mountains of peach sand that burns the bottom of your feet when it gets too hot. There is little water and even less food, making it the perfect place to send someone when they get banished from the land. Woodmerrrow boarders Alaistair that leaks into uncharted areas. Most banished creatures very rarely manage to live three weeks out here, so rotting carcasses are spotted every now and again. Some, however, choose to live here as it is the perfect secluded area in the whole world. Foals are at high risk of dying if brought to this unholy wasteland.

Castlebush

If the warning signs and 'Stay Out' signs haven't warned you off, then welcome to Castlebush: The home of the Laboratory. Castlebush is a small town that is crumbling to pieces while Mother Nature makes a stand to bring down bricks and cement. It is highly radioactive and it is very common for creatures born and raised here to be born with mutations. (And not the pretty kind, either.) Concrete roads sprawl throughout the small territory and will eventually fade away into well used dirt roads. In the heart of the town is a fenced off area where the Science Lab is located. Though the fence has many warning signs, it is filled with holes that one can easily squeeze through. If you should venture into one of the many abandoned buildings, please use serious caution for they could very well topple over and kill you.

Common Predators: Wolves, Bears, Badgers
Common Animals Seen: Rodents, Elk, Deer

Oldfort

After troubles of a forest fire, Oldfort is what remains of a once lush forest. Now it is just dead trees with very little green. The land is, oddly enough, able to lived on and be claimed. What green grass or bushes you find are continuously replenishing themselves for those who survive on the land. Just don't expect the trees to grow their beautiful leaves ever again. Shade is very common, but only in small strands that match to the dead trees. There are small ponds littered throughout the dead forest, so I would recommend locating them before deciding if you want to call Oldfort home or not.

Common Animals Seen: Rodents, Snakes

RULER: Heda

The southern part of Alaistair is the wasteland. It is for banished horses, mostly, but Oldfort is very much alive and claimable. From 'The Dead Zone', to the abandoned town, to a burned down forest the South is no pretty sight. It is a wonderful environment for scavenging predators because of the starving herbivores, so watch your young as well as your own back. Will you choose to raise your family in the South or will you find yourself here due to a horrific mistake?
